Steve Satterthwaite MSc FCIPD
 The business is run by Steve Satterthwaite. Steve is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 30 years experience, mostly gained in the Information Technology Sector. Prior to setting up HR Potential he worked for 10 years at Board level for an I.T. Professional Services business, firstly as Director of Human Resources and more latterly as General Manager for a Professional Services Business unit, where he was responsible for a workforce of 500 people.
Steve's interests and expertise include HR strategy formulation, top team facilitation, managing change, management development, and performance and reward management. He has consistently sought to ensure that the voice of Human Resources is heard in organisations; displaying a flair for linking H.R. strategies to business requirements.
He has a strong sense that in working in the field of change management, one has to take full responsibility for self managed learning and be receptive to change. He has sought to keep up to date in this regard and in recent years has gained an MSc in Management and Organisation Development, become an NLP Master Practitioner and is qualified in the use of Psychometric instruments with the British Psychology Society. He manages his own personal development through a continuing involvement in a Learning Set that has remained active for the past ten years.
