Sue Gourlay

Sue is a Leadership Coach and Development Facilitator whose vision is to help individuals and teams access, and use, their true potential to enhance personal and organisational performance. In many instances this involves working with individuals to help them to connect with their vision.

Sue has over 20 years European senior management experience in Sales, Marketing and Software Development working for blue-chip organisations including Syntegra (BT), Digital and ICL.

Since deciding to focus on realising her vision, over 9 years ago, she has been providing executive coaching and development programmes. She specialises in leadership, personal and team development and change, creativity, advanced coaching and influencing skills. She works with senior managers and executives, teams and individuals in a variety of organisations including Glaxo Smith Kline, HP, IBM, Oracle, BT, and Nationwide.

Her approach is based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming - an applied psychology sometimes described as 'The art of communications and the science of excellence'. She is qualified in NLP as a Master Practitioner and as an NLP Psychotherapist. She trained with Robert Dilts, John Seymour and Ian McDermott who are all recognised as leading exponents of the use of NLP in business, especially in the areas of leadership and personal effectiveness.

Sue is also an accredited facilitator for the ASE Emotional Intelligence 360° psychometric profile, Stephen Covey's '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' and in the Team Management System which is used to create High-Performing Teams in many global organisations.
