H.R Strategy formulation is a subset of overall business strategy formulation. HR Potential works with organisations formulating effective HR strategy and in developing the people required to implement them. This usually takes the shape of a strategic HR health check comprising interviews with senior personnel using diagnostic tools to get a thorough understanding of the business and HR issues facing the organisation. From this a report is put together and presented back to the business from which an action plan is agreed with key strategic, operational and tactical HR milestones highlighted. This forms the HR roadmap for the business.
