HR Potential offers a HR Health check that seeks first to get a clear perspective of business plans before focussing on the strategic, operational and tactical HR initiatives that will enable the business to quickly move towards meeting these goals. The health check is highly diagnostic in nature with information obtained through a series of semi structured interviews with Senior Management, HR and a number of other agreed stakeholders within the business. It focuses at both strategic and operational levels through both a Business and HR lens and can be offered as a stand-alone service to provide the business with its own HR roadmap or as the 'initial offering' to a more focused piece of work.
The output from the Health Check is a presentation to key stakeholders, a report for the Senior Team and a suggested prioritised HR Road map. Support can be offered in implementing the recommendations prioritised by the team.
