We believe in being transparent in our relationship with clients and we take this approach in managing costs to clients. We will always let you know our charge rates up front with realistic estimates of the duration of the assignment.

Our pricing policy is based on the type of relationship we have with clients.

The contracted client programme is designed for companies requiring a regular HR support service using a mix of company visits, telephone support and off site back-up working on agreed HR assignments. Additional days for contracted clients at preferential rates.

Project assignments - Prices are based around pre-agreed day rates or by project or by the service provided. This can be a highly attractive way of an organisation selecting from the service offering as a means of building its own internal capability.

Interim assignments - Additional discounts to our rates are available for longer term interim assignments.

H R Health Checks - We offer a H R health check that considers what you are seeking to achieve as a business and then focuses on the strategic, operational and tactical H R initiatives that will enable your business to quickly move towards meeting these goals.

This can be purchased as a stand alone service to provide the business with it's own H R road map or as the initial offering for a more focused project.
