Steve Satterthwaite MSc FCIPD
Steve is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years’ experience at Director level in both HR and Business roles across a wide range of sectors. Steve has a strong operational background having led large teams in both General Management, (running a Professional Services Business,) and HR Services, where he led the transformation of the HR back office operation for a leading Global Financial Services business.
Steve's interests and expertise include HR strategy formulation, top team facilitation, managing change, leadership development, and performance and reward management. He understands that the people agenda is at the heart of organisation performance and has a record of successfully integrating HR and business strategy. These include extensive experience of leading scaled transformation and in optimising third party spend.
Steve is recognised for his ability to work both strategically and operationally with people, developing collaborative working partnerships with customers, suppliers and the teams who support him. He holds an MSc in Management and Organisation Development, is an NLP Master Practitioner and is qualified in the use of Psychometric instruments with the British Psychology Society.
Steve’s passion is to work with teams to maximise both individual and team potential and uses a range of psychometric tools to support this; his favourites being MBTI, Kilman & TMS.
David Fellows MSc
David is a highly experienced HR leader and consultant having led a significant number of business performance improvements, capability build and cultural transformation programmes in FTSE 100 companies. With a blue-chip corporate background he has designed and successfully executed scale change initiatives in complex organisations and worked with numerous senior executives in making difficult change happen.
Building on his corporate experience, David’s pragmatic hands-on approach to adding value has extended to mid-cap and start-up businesses. David has a real breadth and depth of change expertise spanning the development of business aligned people strategy, transformational cost reduction programmes, mergers and integrations, board level transitions, executive development, global HR governance and services architecture. Through an impactful combination of a strategic orientation combined with a strong focus on the achievement of results, he is adapt at making difficult change happen. With a finely tuned ability to interpret and integrate stakeholder requirements and get to the heart of issues he has successfully designed numerous innovative interventions and programmes.
David holds an MSc in Management Development and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He is also an experienced team facilitator and a Henley Management College qualified executive coach.
